Goals: The project consists of a platform bringing together clients and providers of repair services. The platform is composed of: - a mobile application for the service provider; - a mobile application for the client; - web portal for service provider; - web portal for client; - web portal for operators. The scenario of use for this solution begins with the process of putting a client in need of an urgent intervention, which he can report via a mobile application, a web portal or a call to a telephone switchboard, in contact with a service provider qualified to perform the intervention and situated close enough to ensure a timely service delivery. All the operations are performed according to the tariffs set within the platform.
